Dress Code

All students are encouraged to wear college shirts on Mondays to “PUT COLLEGE FIRST”. All students enrolled at Beall are required to dress in a manner appropriate for pride and self-respect, and in a manner that will improve orderliness and proper school conduct.

Clothing worn should not be hazardous to the health and safety of the student or disruptive to the learning environment of the school. Students enrolled at Beall will adhere to the standard dress code policy and guidelines established and adopted by the EPISD School Board. Not Allowed: Any clothing/accessories that, in word or image, promotes alcohol or tobacco advertisements, illegal drug symbolism, profane language, obscenities, vulgarities, racism, or depictions of harmful or violent acts. Spaghetti straps, tank tops, halter tops or midriff tops,high heeled shoes or slippers, make-up, short shorts or mini-skirts,extra large pants, torn clothing. Encouraged: All shorts, skirts, and dresses should come to the tips of the fingers when the arms are extended down the sides. All students should wear appropriate shoes for Physical Education. Sandals and/or flip flops are not recommended.Students are encouraged to wear their Beall shirts on Fridays, School Spirit Day! Students may use hats or caps while at P.E. or at recess--Caps/hats are NOT allowed indoors.
