About Me

Hello, and welcome to my homepage! My name is Desirae Manzanares. I am the Gifted & Talented/ Connections teacher at Beall Elementary School. I graduated from Coronado High School in 2005 and the University of Texas at El Paso with a dual Bachelors Degree in Political Science & American History in 2009 with Cum Laude Honors.

I worked for the United States House of Representatives for over three years, working both with the El Paso community as a liaison, as well as a legislative aide in Washington, DC, while gaining my Teaching Certification at the same time!
