Beall Elementary School
Cesiah Garcia Trujillo - School Counselor
Welcome to a great school year! I have been the counselor at Beall Elementary since 2007. I have been working for the El Paso Independent School District for 12 years. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2002 with a B.A. in Psychology with concentrations in literature foundation, humanities, and education foundation and taught for 5 years 4th and 5th Grade. I received my M.Ed in 2007 in School Counseling (Guidance and Counseling).
I am available to support you and your child. Beall has a great prevention and intervention program designed to offer a wide range of services to families. Our program is Focus on Children and Families. Ms. Maria Tovar, our social worker, works with families to assist and provide information and referrals for community resources and other services. Our program also has available therapists to work with students and their families here on campus. Ms. Tovar and I work closely together to help students develop the necessary social skills for success and to prepare them for the future. Working closely with families is the key in building the bridge for academic achievement and progress to take place.
